Kelli Holt is a second-generation real estate broker originally from Burlington, North Carolina that currently resides and services the Greater Charlotte area. She moved here in 2009 while studying Marketing at UNC Charlotte; there she met her husband, Ryan and together they have three wonderful children - Drake, Nash, and Charlotte.Kelli was born into real estate with both parents actively working in the business from general contracting to real estate sales in both single and multi-family construction. It was a natural calling to this industry by combining nearly thirty years of experience with a genuine heart for helping others.Throughout her career, she has been able to successfully meet the needs of her clients by providing a wealth of knowledge rooted in experience and a passion for our industry.
